If you were around back in 1953, you would have seen the opening of an Italian Restaurant in Fairborn called "GIOVANNI`S."  It was started by Giovanni(John) DiPasquale and kept in the DiPasquale Family for 40 years, and now owned by Tony Spaziani for the last 16 years.

Using lots of the same recipes Giovanni had back in "53", they are still baking the pizzas the same way, in hearth bake ovens.
